She has extensive managerial experience, including business development, project management, and team leadership. Mrs. Lemann-Blumenthal completed her LL.B. at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an Executive MBA at Tel-Aviv University, both degrees awarded with Dean’s Honors.
Internationally renowned scientist and entrepreneur, he is the inventor of the ExPRESS glaucoma shunt, and a founder of Optonol, which was sold to Alcon in 2010. A Professor Emeritus of Ophthalmology at Tel Aviv University, he established the Tel Aviv University Eye Research Institute in the Sheba Medical Center where he headed the Ophthalmic Technology Laboratory. Prof. Belkin holds a Master’s degree in Science from Cambridge University and a Doctorate in Medicine from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Medical device technical executive and a professional R&D team leader with a proven track record in leading multidisciplinary development projects of innovative technologies. He was formerly VP Research & Development at Mennen Medical for 18 years gaining experience in product development and regulatory submissions for a variety of medical devices, with special expertise in developing real-time embedded hardware and software. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering.
Dr. Solberg is an ophthalmologist and strategic leader who brings over 15 years' experience where previously at BrainsGate he led the company’s 4 clinical trials including a pivotal confirmatory RCT. The confirmatory pivotal trial is the largest ever medical device study completed in Neurology (1000 patients, 18 countries, 73 sites). He has MD and PhD degrees Cum Laude from Ben-Gurion University, and residency in Ophthalmology in Sheba Medical Center, Tel-Hashomer, Israel. Yoram was previously the founder and CEO of an Israeli software start-up company.
Andrew has a deep knowledge of the ophthalmic industry. He started his career at Johnson & Johnson and has over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, M&A and general management, notably as VP Commercial, Surgical EMEA for Bausch & Lomb where he was a member of the global surgical management team. He holds an MBA from Henley Business School in England.
With extensive experience in managing development and design of multidisciplinary systems, opto-mechanics, precise mechanics, electro - mechanical packaging and machining. Sergey was in charge of projects from idea through design and development to working prototype in the fields of healthcare and security. Sergey is highly skilled in coding in various languages, testing, design, UI, production and assembly line building. Sergey has a B.Sc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Holon Academic Technological Institute.
Tamar brings a wealth of QA/RA experience with her having worked for many medical device start-ups in Israel over the past 15 years. She holds a Degree (B.Sc.) in Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology, University of Judea and Samaria in Ariel.
Algorithm engineer with almost 2 decades of hands on experience in full software development life cycle (SDLC) process in medical devices industry with specialization in embedded real-time software, signal processing algorithms and automated testing systems. Vladimir is a highly accomplished engineer responsible for developing original algorithms, designing and implementing award winning European Patient Monitoring Technology. Vladimir has vast experience in testing and validating software for FDA clearance.
With more than a decade of experience in building and managing the administrative infrastructure for start-up companies in the field of life science and Cyber-tech. She has vast experience in office management and coordination, human resources, purchasing, shipping, bookkeeping and research.
With 30 years of experience in the field of medical devices, from all aspects; R&D, engineering, transitioning from R&D to production, subcontracts management, SW testing, production, warehouse inventory, purchasing and ordering, service support with a team of more than 20 employees. Eli is highly skilled in preparing DMRs, writing procedures and instructions for all product stages and departments to meet medical device standards.
Alona Schneidman has vast experience in clinical trial management and clinical marketing and sales. She spent 5 years at BrainsGate where she was the clinical trial manager. Previously, Alona worked for 9 years as a product specialist at GlaxoSmithKline. Alona holds BSc in biology and chemistry and MA in Psychiatric sciences, both from the University of Haifa.
Tomer knows his way around electronics and brings a wealth of experience to his role as practical engineer, ensuring adequate support for the manufacture and fabrication of parts to support our technology. He has a speciality in Practical Electronics from ORT College, Rehovot.
With 8 years of quality assurance and software testing experience in the medical device industry, Hadar ensures software is rigorously tested before going to market. She brings strong analytical skills to BELKIN Vision with the creating of detailed testing plans and test cases. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Life Sciences from Ben-Gurion University in Israel.

Nancy LeBosquain has two decades of communications experience in the technology, geophysics, and petroleum industries. Prior to consulting, she served as Global Internal Communications Manager for CGG, a geophysics company based in Paris with 10,000+ employees. She has a distinct talent for translating complex technical concepts into digestible, shareable ideas. A graduate of Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary, she has also completed executive education at Cambridge University in England & INSEAD in France.
Zachary Sacks received his Ph.D. EE at the University of Michigan under the direction of Gerard Mourou (2018 Physics Nobel Laureate) developing ultrafast laser treatments for glaucoma. Previously to joining BELKIN Vision, he was a senior laser scientist at Elbit Systems Elop and heavily involved in research, new technology and product introduction resulting in several patents, consortia with industry and academia, and products. He is a senior member of the IEEE and OSA.
Originally from France, Jennifer has lived in Israel for the past 16 years and is a CPA with 10 years of experience in finance, working for companies like Deloitte, Vision.bi and Lnet. She holds a BA in Accounting and Business from the College of Management in Israel. Her previous experience as controller at VisionBI fits perfectly here at BELKIN Vision where she’ll be responsible for keeping all financial aspects running smoothly.
Marco moved to China in 1998 and studied Chinese language and culture in Beijing and graduated in Modern China Studies from Leiden University in 2007. Marco possesses strong language, analytical and social skills that allow him to deliver both subtle and complex business messages to a multicultural audience. He is fluent in Chinese, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch and has a working knowledge of Hebrew.
Adam brings over 17 years of experience in technical service and clinical support operations in the medical device industry. With a focus on ophthalmic lasers, Adam has established technical and clinical support programs for multiple global product launches. With a B.Sc. in Product Design, Adam has a deep understanding of electrical engineering, design, R&D, quality assurance and project management.
